Q: Do you charge for wedding consultations?
A: Consultations are complimentary during the hours of 10am - 5pm Monday through Friday and 10am - 3pm Saturday. If a designer is required for an after-hours consultation there will be a $50 fee.
Q: Do you have a minimum to book a wedding?
A: No. Some weddings consist of only personal flowers (bridal bouquet, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.) while others require centerpieces or reception decor. Pricing is based on type of blooms, sizes of arrangements as well as other factors such as delivery and if a breakdown is required.
Q: What should I bring to the consultation?
A: We recommend bringing any type of inspiration that can assist the designer in determining the most appropriate aesthetic for your big day. If you have a Pinterest board, great! Photos of preferred blooms, wedding dress, event space, etc. is all very helpful. If you email the information ahead of time, we may even have a chance to come up with some ideas before the meeting.
Q: When is payment due?
A: We accept a fee of $50 which is applied to the price of your flowers, or a 50% deposit of the preliminary proposal in order to solidify the date. The remaining 50% is due two weeks before the wedding date.
Q: Is the initial proposal final?
A: No, often the wedding flowers can be scaled up or down. Other changes can be made as the wedding date draws near. Changes can be made up to 3 weeks before the wedding date regarding the number of floral items such as centerpieces, corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
